Shower, taps and lavabo

Shower, taps and lavabo that are neat, pretty and easy to replace; plan all in-wall water lines for the future in advance. Built-in lavabo, flip-up cover. The architect suggests brands - looks are what matter most.

Suggestion

In-wall shower / taps, or cute ones; brand Jomoo, Inax or another brand (does not like Ceasar much; Inax is a bit ugly).

  • Toilet: Inax 1008VRN, Inax AC-902VN (2-vortex flush), American Standard VF-1862, Toto MS857 or Toto MS885 - not decided. Note: Inax AC-989 has a 1-vortex flush (weak, leaves the back exposed). When going to choose: you must study the flushing performance, installation and cleaning carefully; choose a model with few parts, with a large enough gap from the wall for cleaning - or choose a wall-hung one. 4 toilets are needed (2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor). The finishing package already includes toilets, so only the difference is charged.
  • Hot water when it rains for many days: a water heater for the guest bathroom, or a solar water heater with a built-in electric heating element.
  • Lavabo, tap, in-wall shower for 4 WCs (ask the architect to advise on the brand). The finishing package already includes lavabo + tap + shower, so only the difference is charged.
