Detailed electrical drawings so the architect and contractor work to the same standard - workers build to the drawings, not to habit. Do not cut costs on the electrical system.

Suggestion

Calculate each device's power -> current -> wire cross-section for each circuit; drawings state the positions of lights, sockets, switches, wire cross-section, power, and areas using other voltages (24 V, 12 V...). The owner sends the equipment list (see the "Owner's picks" section) for the architect to calculate. Reference the sharing by a Butecco engineer.
